I've run the old pilot powers on a 625 smc street and novice road racing and now have power ones on 400 exc street and kart tracks. I like them.

 

Those or the 1CT is my go to tire. I've used just about every thing else except Distanzias. For the price, they are hard to beat IMO.

 

I've gone through a couple of sets of the Pilot Power 2, 2ct and love them.
I have a set of Pilot Power 3's waiting to go on so I can't comment on those.

 

Used them on the TL - very nice tyres, never any issues*. Be aware though that the softer rubber is only the last inch or so from the edges of the tyre IIRC...

* as pussy as I ride now, I was more pussy on the TL so take that for what it's worth...

 

I've always loved them on street bikes. Never had them on a supermoto yet, although that will be my first option.

 

I haven't run them personally but my customers like them. :thumbup:

Always ran the 2cts on my sportbike and loved them. Very confidence inspiring. Just put a set of the Pilot Power 3s on my SMC last season. Don't have many miles on them yet, but so far very happy.

 

Best tire I've ever used on the street. Have only used them on street bikes though. They have a great profile that makes them tip in super easy. Once leaned over, the dual compound rubber is nice and sticky. They've been said to get "greasy" after a rough session and I would agree. Only problem I have is they don't make a 150 for my Husky. Going to try a set of Bridgestone BT-016's and see how the MotoGP technology has trickled down ... :headscrat
