Ok guys, I know that i want a YZ or a WR i know that a lot of people mention the wide ratio transmission on the WR is a HUGE plus. I have had both of these motors apart and rebuilt them plenty of times. So my question is this YZ bikes are pretty cheap to pick up. So since everyones main concern is gearing at highway speeds, could i take the 5th gear out of a WR and put it in the YZ so that i can have a better top end with lower RPMS? I mean if i keep the YZ 1-4 gears and put the WR 5th in I would have the rocket YZ tranny and the WR top end? Would this be feasible for a street tard bike?
