YZ 250 jetting help...

anybody have a good baseline for the jetting on a 2006 yz250f at about 5000-7000 ft elevation? i seem to be loading up while cruising and she bogs just a little off the bottom end, top end feels good though... carburetion really isn't my thing so any help is appreciated! Thanks.
