I have a 94 XR 650 L and a set of Ohlins 46mm USD forks to put on it. Plans are to have dirt and SM wheel setup.

What I need to know is :

- what triple clamps will work withe LEAST amount of work?
- what axle / hub setup would I use? ( what are dimensions if you know?)

Any other advice and info would be appreciated.

I did the conversion with an crf540 front end. Do you know what bike the forks are built for? That will tell you the hub.

The crf uses 48mm legs I think, but the clamp might work for 46mm? The easiest and most bomb proof way to do the conversion is to get the right tripple tree for the forks and send the tree to emig racing. They will machine and press a stem into the triples that fits the XRL head.
