16's are junk. rims are expensive and not many good tires. i never even saw 15s. if you are dropping stupid money on rims and whatnot i would run 12s or 17s.

easy there big guy...
Bridgestone has a very good 16 in the BT45.
some people have to use what they have.
skill over equipment.
have to admit - never saw a 15 either... must be a 19 on the front???

Having owned an xr100 with 12's and currently running one with 17's, I can safely say no to 12's. Impossible to get adequate cornering clearance! If money is not an object lace up some 17's. On a budget, use the 16 off an xr80.

I would have to agree 100%. I run 2.5"x17" Front, 2.75"x17" Rear, with either Bridgestone super soft, or Dunlop soft 125 gp rubber. I have 16" wheels with cheng shin rubber for the rain.

I have a set of 12" wheels with Bridgestone rubber i could sell if you wanted. pm me.
