Hi guys,

I'm looking at fitting a better braking system, currently eyeing up a 4 pot axial brembo caliper off a Ducati 900SS mated with a 5/8" Master Cylinder.

What i'm looking for is if anyone has done this in the past, I'm concerned about the brake caliper not clearing the spokes.

I do intend to shave down as much as I can of the caliper. Also I'm running a 17x3.5" Front wheel as well.

Any help would be awesome, throw it all at me :)

I think the caliper will work but 16mm master is no good. It's good for two calipers so it will feel odd.

I like the 16x18 on my WR450 with a 4pot Braking. No clue on piston sizes though.

Mc 16mm

Im running a brembo Gp mk2 mc 16x18 does great!!! With a Magura 4 Pistons caliper .

Looking back I would choose a 17mm or 16x20/21

It's not aggressive enough as I like my lever to be.

Although I know that the 17,18 from street bike are too stiff and no sensitivity at the lever

I'll say that I prefer the 16x18 on my streetbike to the 15RCS on my trackbike, both with Braking 4pot. I might swap masters so I can easily do a brake light switch on the streetbike.
