hi, my oil sealings started to leak and i changed them, now when assembling the suspension i was wondering if i need to poor oil only to the outer tube or to the fork damper too? when i dissasambled the suspension i did not remove the fork damper cap or drain any oil from the dork damper, , i just poored the oil out of the outer tube, but i saw oil was comming out from the spring chamber also through small holes. the bike is crf 450r. thanks for the answers!

As long as you have not taken the cartridges apart you should not have to add oil. Add 405cc or ml of 5wt oil to the outer tubes and close them up.

Since the oil inside the cartridge is what does the dampning (and breaks down) and your there why not put in fresh fluid? Do it once right?
