[Dirthead XR650L]

Would anyone have some wheels for a 2001 XR650L? I would like to put some 17" on my bike, but an new to this and not exactly sure what I need to purchase. I have heard other posters commenting on using a front end take off of other bikes and putting it on their XR650L's. Are they doing this for the improved suspension or is the "conversion" just cheaper going this way?

Anyway, I realise this is the wnated section and not the Q&A area, so I will shut up! If you have any parts that I might be interesetd in, please let me know.
