OK another newbie stupid question here......
What would be classed as regular service on SM's?? :headscrat
I'm wanting to buy a SM but I was wanting to know how much servicing you have to do on 'Tards. If it's just regulat oil changing and sit like that I'm fine, but if it comes to valves and jets, I'm lost.
Any help would be cool.

Change the oil often, the filter almost as often. Keep an eye on chain slack/tension, so you don't wear out sprockets. Valve adjustments happen more often on big singles, so you'll need to pop the valve cover and check on them, or adjust them. On a race bike, top end each season? They aren't too labor intensive, like a two stroke would be. Preventitive medicine, I say.
