This thing is fine in the dirt but want stop on pavement. I have tried a couple of different pads. I have a Brembo master and a steel braided line.

How do I make this thing stop? Can you buy a bigger disc or conversion?

EBC makes a replacement rotor that is a little thicker that works better than the stock rotor. EBC MX-S pads seem to work good. This is what I use on my TTR with the stock master and stock brake hose. I weigh in at about 140 lbs. Seems OK to me, not great. Northwoods GP guys, how well do my brakes work?

I used a larger rotor from a YZ250F, had a machinist cut out the center of the stock TTR and YZ rotors, then weld the stock center to the YZ outer, thus creating a larger brake rotor. He then fabricated an adaptor plate to move the caliper out for the larger rotor. I used a YZ caliper just because I had a spare, you could use the stock one also. With a steel braided cable also, I have monster brakes !!!
