I got 10.5 with a KLX 110 using a 13.4:1 Wiseco, Pro Circuilt, and 26mm Mikuni. We put a rev box on it and it literally would rev until you let off........ We put the stock box back on.

Very nice. What all have you got done to it?
cam, carb, pipe, and head work.....all parts are stock or gytr with slight super specail mods done by Tulsa Cylcle Supply
Dustin, are you getting 10.5 with the stock Yamaha piston???? Holy crap!! Auto clutch? Uh oh...... This is a F1 National bike if it is Auto clutch........
Stock piston, auto clutch:thumbup: It does over 60mph and pulls hard all the way:thumbup:

Uh oh.............. :rolleyes2:
i tried to gear it to where it wouldn't pull anymore. 1 up front/down 2 rear and it pulled hard to the dinger. :bike: i don't know exactly how fast it will go and i geared it that way soley to see how fast it would go...it still has room. it would do about 55-60 with just 1 tooth smaller in the rear and stock front.

stay tuned i'm taking to our local test n tune to get a mph in the 1/4  but seriously

Would it rev this high? Maybe I should put the stock revbox back on ;)

Hey Filthy, the KLX never quit spinning up. It kept making power also. I decided to pull the rev box so we were not building an engine every weekend. Safe, not sorry.......
thanks man......i do now have a 2.5 rear with a 120/80 tt92 stuffed in the rear. with a pro wheel up front. i'll try to get some action shots of next rounds race.
Tulsa, OK it's my first year for mini racing. Underground works with me at Tulsa Cycle Supply. i race in the Oklahoma Superbikers series.

where are you from? what do you ride?
Nice TTR-110. I use my ttr-110 for a backyard pit bike track and would like some more power. Right now I just have a the pod filter/jet kit, and a pro circuit t-4, and a 37t sprocket, for dirt riding. Are you using the 20mm gytr carb? Did you notice a difference with the carb? How do you like the cam, did you lose any low end power, i need that for the dirt, hehe. I would really like to get my head ported during the downtime this winter, does Tulsa Cycle Supply offer this service, since you already did a ttr -110. Do you just port the head or do you deck it a bit too. I need to get my ttr running fast to beat my buddies, lol thanks, Scott
anyone read this, I still want my head ported....
PRO WORKS out of texas. They do great work!

my head on my TTR was flowed and ported by ProWorks in Texas. give them a call they will do you a nice job. i was very happy with mine. and yes as simple as it sounds....order the gytr cam, springs, carb and remove your base gasket. the differance feels like 20cc, also go to an alum sprocket (PMP sprockets) it will help as it's 1/5 of the weight.
