Does anyone know if Toxicmotoracing.com is still in business? I placed an order with them on March 25th and haven’t received my order yet. I have called and emailed with no response from them. I’ve used them in the past and have always had great service and fast shipping.

YES! Yes he is still in business. I know he is waaaaaaaaaaaay behind on parts due to supply issues. Its not a joke but a fact. I JUST got my swingarm I ordered back in Jan from Techstra and got my sliders from Jeff in April that I ordered back in Nov. He also moved as well.

I've had trouble dealing with TMR. He's clearly doing his best, but it falls short in this day and age of expected customer service.

I ordered sliders for my FS450 knowing they were backordered. I wasn't in a huge rush; they took ~6 months to arrive—just in time for a track day, all good! However, when they arrived, they didn't fit. The nut counterbore was too small.

I had to call him every other day for almost 2 weeks to get him to pick up/return a call. Once he did, he promised and promised and promised to send me a return label so he could get them machined to fit, but since they were anodized and laser engraved after machining, they would not be totally anodized blue after he had the counterbore fixed. Weeks passed and I never got a return label and grew tired of waiting, so I ate the cost of having the slider counterbore machined locally.

I could go on. It's a shit show, but there ain't another player in the game, so we have to deal with the less-than-stellar service. I'd take my money elsewhere, but there is nowhere else to go.

Is there a better parts sight for all things supermoto or just a decent one? I ordered from there a few weeks back over the phone. Got all my parts I ordered. Not super thrilled about the slide moto sliders. 1 crash and done. I ended up using frame sliders from a sports bike that I cut down and they work good on the rear axle slide mounts. The bar end worked but I fitted a sport bike bar end slider that should work better.
