I'm about to do a Tire change on my 2015 drz400sm. My front tire was washing out on me so I decided it was time for new tires. I then went to a car mechanic just to ask them to check my front tire pressure. They told me it was at 6psi, that's when I realized that I had tubes on my bike. If the tire pressure on the new tires say 20psi max ( I plan on running 22 in the front and 26 in the rear) but the tube is only set at 6 psi how do I know what to set everything at after I get the new rubber on?

Im not sure I understand your question. If you want your tires to be at 22 psi, pump them up until they read 22 psi? There's no air in between the tube and the tire itself unless you are running a TuBliss setup but I've never seen that for a supermoto. Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question.
