Here is a tip that makes pulling flywheels Easier --

Loosen the Flywheel nut about 2 turns --
Then Carefully Wack the NUT with Brass or Lead hammer --

A steel hammer works best but you can do damage if you are not careful-
so use brass or lead

Doing this sends a shock wave threw threw the Taper on the flywheel
and causes it to Bounce to a looser position --

Some times this Wacking is enough to pop the flywheel loose
with out the uses of a puller -- Usually not tho --
But it always makes pulling easier --

Dont go Crazy with the hammer -Just give it One Good wack -- Jay --

Usually flywheel pullers will be somewhat standard in MC brands- models -
Like Brand X dirt bikes 125cc threw 450 from 1999 threw 2007
will be the same --
If there is a major change to engine-- puller may change also---

Also the Wacking the nut tip works on other bolts also -
like Oil drain bolts are notorious for being hard to get loose-
This also works on case bolts etc ---
just dont go craze with the hammer

For bikes that you Know you are going to have problems with-
like its been setting in the back yard for 3 years --
Put some Liquid Wrench on bolts - nuts -is works Great --
-Let soak in a few hours-
get LW in the plastic bottle - not the spray can-( Messy and wasteful )

get at --Home Depot --Ace hardware etc---Jay--

I did sort of the same thing, but by lightly hitting the flywheel puller to free the fly wheel. It was a must, or mine wasn't going to budge.
