So since putting the 550 (it was originally a 450) into my bike it's been running like crap and after a dyno day we had back in August I was keen to get Tuneboy for it.
I should not have waited! :D
The bike was horrible off idle and had a bad flat spot at around 5000rpm and the air/fuel ratio showed this.
Thanx to Stu @ Intune Motorcycles for creating a custom tune starting with the VDB15021 Aprilia map.
He took the bike for a spin and said it was a 1000 times better and actually rideable off the bottom.
It has an AF1 Foam Filter and a Silmoto Ti exhaust other than that it is standard.
I'm yet to ride it and it will be at least another 2 weeks but by then my replacement slipper clutch parts will be in as will a new MotoBatt Battery

Here's 2 dyno graphs of the initial run and the final tune. Both graphs have the same a/f ratio on them.
This is the HP graph

This is the Torque graph

What where the TQ numbers? My brother runs TuneBoy on his 675 and loves it also.
