You probably need to resize it. bringing it down to 800x600 usually does the trick.

front 24\8 - on road feels good, well-managed bike. but seems slow and soft. unusual, maybe it is too weak? maybe it feels after a "sports" setting.

Comfort settings up front, sport setting out back is the best you'll do stock. Slide the forks up 15mm in the clamps as well.

Hi paab is it 15mm on top of the 5mm already showing or 15mm in total from the top of the tube (bottom of cap) to the clamp? Cheers
