I would just like to know if my suspension is set up right for my weight. I weigh about 195. I know how to change it but some other advise would be nice on if i adjust my compression do i need to mess with my rebound. Anything will help thanks ryan

depends on where you're compression currently is, but you want your suspension to rebound faster than it compresses. I'd set sag first though if you haven't already. the sag is more important and is the baseline that you'll then work off of for getting the suspension all dialed in.

What are u riding?He is right though set sag 1st,the faster u ride,the quicker u want the rebound,to keep the rubber on the road--I think :headscrat

right on, if your rebound is too slow the suspension will eventually work its way too high up in the stroke and the wheel wont be staying on the track :eek:
