I didn't even notice the phone number on the sign! I pass other signs for it on the way to my cliff diving spot. When that place opened up, it was quite a big deal in the news. I always envisioned a bunch of sexy cowgirl types being in there. I guess I was only half right.
So the cow is actually on the sign? That's hillarious. I just assumed it was a play on the angle and that the cow was on a BBQ restaraunt or butcher shop's sign next door.

Here's a few more originals. I'm not starting a political argument, so please don't argue with me. The 2nd one i'm pretty proud of, if i can say so myself. Hopefully y'all get the dog one. If not, please see version 1 and 2 of this thread.

i'm going to upstate NY tomorrow and i won't be back til the 18th, so hopefully this thread wont get closed by then and hopefully people start posting more posters. Until I get back and can make more, enjoy.

Thanks, i'll be twitching after a couple days of not being on here. We all know i spend WAY to much time on here. I'm going to visit people who are basically my grandparents. They live in a small town north of Syracuse by Oswego called Pulaski (if anyone knows the area). Anyways in their front yard they have a huge lake with boats, jetskis, and all the toys. I got my hand cast off last week so i can water ski again. Unfortunately there are no 2 wheel toys. 10 feet out their back door is Lake Ontario. One of their sons lives next door with his family and has a full bar setup, he also has a huge fire pit in the front yard. So it should be a good quick vaca.

I think if i try it, i may try baking it instead of pan frying it. Whenever i pan fry bacon it always shrivles up and plus I dont know how i'd flip that. If i do, i'll start a new thread with my results. maybe tomorrow morning. The other way may be to cook it some first, then weave it, then cook it the rest of the way. Seems like a lot of work for bacon, but what the hell, why not? No BLT for me, turkey club all the way!

Eric- Go ahead and start that bacon thread so we can discuss the craft of epic bacon making. I hate to keep clogging up this thread, but I've got a burning desire to discuss this stuff... On that note, I'm going to swing by Bed Bath & Beyond tomorrow to buy a bacon press so that my pan fried bacon won't curl up. If I can perfect the art of epic bacon cooking, I plan on making it regularly.
K, it'll be in the lobby in a couple minutes.

(sorry to the mods for thread jacking)
