What nico.allers says. Find a machine shop that will take on task. Used to be motorcycle shops would do this kind of stuff but not so much anymore, you could ask them. Liability factor killed off this type of work, my local machine shop, insurance wise, is prohibited from working on road going vehicles. Everything is a "forklift" on the invoice. Or do as i did, I mocked my wheel up using shims/washers and took that measurement to my machine shop and had them make the spacers.
