Please click HERE FOR TRACK LAYOUT for the Stateline Supermoto Challenge. It is not the most ultra high tech drawing, but I spent hours coloring every damn pixel in this image. :hammer: So here goes!

That layout ROCKS!!!!

Can't wait.
Marche, that's a lot of dirt, but I'll be there anyway.

Looks like a fun track, how is the asphalt???
Right on!! We get to race on some dirt for a change  Looks like a nice track layout Marche. Looking forward to the jumps!
The heart rates going up just looking at all the brown on the map. I'll be there anyway.
SWEEEEEEEETTT!!!

A water jump?!? What is this, a horse race?

Looks great Marche! Put me down in the "I can't wait" category too!

OHFG I am going to die out there. but it will be fun, What is a hydra barrier though?
I am also going to die in the dirt - but I will be having fun doing it. Man I keep thinking about those jumps and shaking my head, what am I getting into here!
From what Marchie has said the jumps won't be anything the average rider can’t do. Remember the roots of Super Moto… using skills from every aspect of motorcycle racing. Besides that, you can probably ‘roll over’ a jump if you don’t think you can clear it.

The big hollow plastic wall section barriers that can be filled with water. If fully filled it would be like hitting a concrete barrier when at speed. For bikes they probably will have minimum water if any.
I would assume that most of the bigger jumps will be table tops, it's the doubles that I worry about!

He's been watching to much endurocross, next thing you know he will be throwing in some log jumps and a rock garden. {hint hint ;) :lol: }

...coming into turn 7 looks like it could be a bit sketchy. A high speed sweeper(8) into a long straight, ending in a small jump onto asphalt then a 90deg. dirt turn(7). I haven't decided if the short asphalt section is going to help or hinder some riders.
It was my intent to involve several aspects of riding skills when this course was designed. The jumps will all be very safe, with the common denominator in mind...amateur supermoto riders.

This event is focused on being FUN and different, not dangerous and undoable. It is my intent to make this a RIDERs race, so that everyone will want to come back next year!

Turn 7 is actually an elevated area of dirt that is about 5' up from the asphalt. You will ride ride up it, make a left, and ride down it onto the short asphalt straight and out to the dirt section.

No Crash, not a horse race. Just wanted to incorporate a little off-road section for everyone. (this is common at Gran Prix races) There will be an alternate route for the kids and 50s.

Yes, John, the larger jumps are going to be table tops. Safety is foremost in my mind with fun a close second. The doubles will be roll-able if you don't want to go for it.

Lou, don't be skeered. Be willing to expand your horizons. I don't complain about all the asphalt at all of the other supermoto races. I go and ride, and do the best I can. You road toads whoop up on me, but I take it!

The last thing that I have to say is "Trust Me" :D . No one will go away disappointed if they come to have a good time!!

BRING IT!!!!! I get my YZF450 dirt bike only in an hour and a half!!! I may have to change my name to "the dirt bike kid" instead of slideways!!! It looks awesome and I can't wait! I'm gonna be quick like a cheetah! I don't know why, but I have Cheetahs on my mind. Chris
Marche, track looks awesome but are you seriously adding a water hazard? I am in either way, but you might wan't to reconsider if you want to make this an endurocross or a supermoto race. In the early days of supercross they tried this, and all it did was make for poor vision (a tearoff for each lap) and a hell of a cleanup job. I think it would be a better idea if you could add aligators to the hazard...now that would make for a interesting race.
