Southern Illinois, XR600R Street Legal Supermotard, Title in Hand

Up for sale is a 1987 XR600R that has been converted to 2000 specs. It has been completely rebuilt (rings, crankshaft bearings, moose clutch, stage 1 hot cam, and gaskets) and has 1996 CBR F3 wheels milled to fit the bike. The wheels still retain the cush-drive system. It has all new wheel bearings and has been converted to rear hydraulic disc brake. It also has a new front and rear sprocket and chain. Also, it has new plastics and a bigger Aribus gas tank. The bike also has a BAJA lighting kit with blinkers and headlight. It also has a White Brother exhaust. I do obtain a clear Illinois STREET LEGAL title for the bike (Very hard to get). The bike RUNS GREAT! It will make someone a nice bike.

I also have the spoke wheels and tires.

Now for the negative. The third gear will pop out under idle/ acceleration this is a typical XR600 problem. You can look it up. It stays in under harder acceleration

*GOOD NEWS* Had a rider tell me to stay in the throttle in third gear and see how it acted, he said his done this. It never popped out! So, I went on a ride Yes... Kick start is fixed!!!
