front and rear axle sliders

Purely cosmetic but the alloy engine brackets always bugged me, they never looked quite right. Got them powder coated satin black and they look how I think they should have left the factory. Big thanks to Dingo for hooking me up with a great quality powder coater.

I was almost pressing the buton on them, need to redres my fionces Duke III for winter comuting in Portugal, but after I read a bit about Street Sport Ultras I got scared. That 80m/145km phr wobble doesn't sound healthy

Help

Thought someone might be able to help , guy I bought my 625 off of said speedo wasn't working cause of battery ! Got to lookin today and the sensor on the front tire wasn't plugged into the speedo plugged it in still nothing so going to replace the 3v now , however there is still a wire (4prong purple, blue, yellow, green) but there is nowhere to plug it in . Is it needed ?
