COMMUNITY INFO
This site is provided FREE to all members. If you want to support this web site, simply support our sponsors!

A community is only as good as its members. So if you see somebody that needs assistance, or someone getting unruly, please take a moment to help out.

RULES
There are only a few simple rules which are strictly enforced.

AVATARS:
In keeping this site friendly to all users, we ask that you keep the avatars “PG-13” or lower. (no nudity / gross / death avatars or anything we deem controversial)

POSTS
FLAMING will not be torlerated (personal attacks, blatant insulting) of fellow members or staff. No unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, racial and/or ethnic slurs; hateful content; PG 13, or otherwise objectionable material. Pointing out mistakes in spelling or grammar is frowned upon as well. NO RELIGION, POLITICS, OR ANY OTHER CONTROVERSIAL SUBJECTS PERMITTED - THEY WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

POST WHORING is not allowed. The following is considered Post Whoring:
Very short posts that do not add value to the current discussion. For example, a post with only the words "yeah me too!" are post whoring.
Double posts. If you posted something and realized you made a mistake, then you should use the edit/delete option and not just make another post.
Off topic posts will be moved to the appropriate place, or deleted as post whoring.
Posts that obviously serve no purpose other than upping one's post counts could be post whoring.
Posts like "XXX, I have a question for you" are considered post whoring. This should be done via private messaging.
Starting a new thread when a similar thread has already been started could be post whoring.
Any other posts that we deem inappropriate for other readers could be post whoring.
Responses to post whoring posts will be considered as post whoring and be removed.

Posts that contain large amounts of smileys and/or spaces to make it look like they contain useful information but often don't =post whoring.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS/ALIAS'
Having multiple accounts on this forum is frowned upon as in most cases, it paves the way for dishonesty. Using multiple accounts/alias' to circumvent a temporary or permanant ban can result in additional actions being taken against all accounts/alias' used by the person(s) who broke the rules in the first place. Accept responsibilty for your actions; dont try to skirt around the Moderator's decision.

THREADS
Threads that are considered pointless and have no real value other than a excuse to banter back and forth will be closed, and the "Thread starter " will be warned.

Rated “R” pictures or "links" will not be tolerated. Keep all Threads PG 13

Please keep posts in their proper forums.

If post topic changes, start a new thread.

Please refrain from the use of profanity.

"Whining" will also not be tolerated on the public forums.......

We all have varying tastes in bikes.....If you think another member's bike is a pig or whatever......please don't post negative comments about what they ride.....

Advertising is for paying site Sponsors only. Any other ads or spam will be deleted and the poster may be banned.

This also apply's to R&D (gauging interest, putting out feelers, asking opinions on your product, etc.) SuperMotoJunkie.com is not here to help entrepreneurs decide if they should try to sell, or build a product. Avatars, posts or threads that violate these rules will be removed by the staff.

When buying, selling or any other type of transaction through our Sales section please do so at your own risk.
