The jetting is way to rich or your running to much mixing oil. You can tell by the spooge on the swing arm.

My bike is jetted spot on and hardly smokes when warmed up with Golden Spectro at 50:1 for MX/Off road use. I am a little paranoid since my 01 YZ is still on the crank it came from Japan with so.........For SM I put a little more oil in and run 32:1
