The rotor side is great,

also,
Are these the rear wheel spacers?

Long story short I have no idea which spacers go to which tires...

these are the other spacers I have.

The spacers on my DRZ are different looking, but......

I believe these are the rear spacers, like you asked. I'm thinking that the smaller end of the spacer should fit inside the dust seal, larger end would go against your swingarm.

It looks to me like the spacer in the center in this photo might be the correct one for your front wheel. I think maybe they just threw some small spacers in your front hub to protect the seals. It looks like the spacer on the rotor side is bigger than the one on the other side. If you remove the one from the non-rotor side and put the middle one from the photo in its place does it fit better? If not, does the spacer on the right in the photo look like it might fill the gap?

It might be a pain in the ass, but use a little trial and error. Don't force anything, and make certain that your rotor lines up correctly when you're done.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
