Race-styles.com experience, My advice: avoid this company

OK, so as you from the title can expect I have some bad experience with race-styles I want to share with you.

I saw the stickers on their internet site, tought they were cool and bought them, but when I got them the front fender sticker wasn't the one I ordered and the back fender sticker had a bug laminated in it. Also the quality wasn't nearly as high as I expected. I sent them I mail requesting my money back, they sent me back that I can't get my money back but I will get new stickers.
I waited for about two weeks and sent a complainment that I haven't got any stickers, then started this shit that's still going on. They demanded me to take pictures of my bike and the stickers and shit.
Then they said I don't have original front and back fender, It's right the front fender is universal and the back fender is TC, same as SMR but without place for the registrationplate so it looks nicer.
BUT WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT MATTER ?? If I so wanted to glue the stickers on my dick is it their fucking problem ? They still don't agree to send me the stickers because it doesn't fit my bike. WHAT THE FUCK ??
If I have lactose intolerance and buy ordinary milk in the shop, don't they sell it to me because I can't drink it ? Or, alternative theory, don't they sell it to me because they all look at my ugly aftermarket front fender ?

What legal rights do I have getting my money back because I sure as hell am not satisfied with the products or the customer service.

this is insane, don't do the same misstake as I did, It's crazy how much trouble a few stickers can cause.

Your credit card company (if you purchased with a CC) may be able to help you. If not, there is always small claims court. Not sure that a decal set is going to be worth your time and money for court though. Depending on your purchase price, you might be better off chalking this one up as a learning experience.

race styles is a graphics company located in germany. I don't think you'd want to go through all the trouble sueing a company overseas for something like this.

dEnA, try to work it out, I know guys that have dealt with them before and they all had good experiences with race styles. keep your cool and don't start with the "customer is always right" approach because that will make pretty much any company turn their back on you. clearly explain to them what bike you are running (what are you running anywho?) and what parts are changed that might or might not be different. right now I think they're affraid if they send you a replacement set it still won't fit your bike because you might be running plastics that do not match their graphics, should this be the case then sending you a second set would'nt solve anything.

Thanks for the advice, but I think I already crossed the line when I got so pissed when they demanded me to send the sticker back at my own cost and only after that they can send me the right one.
In the last mail they say it's my own misstake. How is that possible when the product I ordered looked like this on the picture: http://www.shop.race-styles.com/en/images/artikel/1752.jpg
And the sticker I got was only the middle piece.
I tried to in 10 mails explain it but got no where. Like they didn't even bother read my mails and how simple promblem there was but only answered bullshit like, yes yes you have a ugly fender.

I know it's only a (surprisingly expensive) sticker, but this is really pissing me off. No where was there mentioned that the product may be different than on picture. Now they have removed the whole sticker set from their site, wonder why ? EDIT: The whole site just bugs..

I have a Husqvarna SM570R, Loving the bike. Just a little too much vibrations.

I also had a problem with race styles, I ordered what I thought was an artic camo graphics kit and black plastics for my 625....when the graphics showed up they were green and white, I was pretty pissed, but they are in germany what can you do....
so now i´m here

i dont understand the problem of "dEnA" and it is not ok to make bad puplisity, if the problem is on the side of customer, because he understand nothing

i will explain the situation, every customer of the world understand this:

- you have an item in our onlineshop

- the picture is an example of one bike in this catogorie, for example husky TE

- if customer write me, he has a Husqvarna SM570R, i know, which ORIGINAL FRONT FENDER is on this bike

- it is not like on the picture, because this is frontfender of TE or TC

- so he get the rigth sticker for his bike

- but customer dont tell me before, that he has an NON ORIGINAL FRONT FENDER on his bike

- so i dont know this

- if customer want the right form, he has to send me wrong back, normal, isn´t it???

SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM NOW????

Well if you would have told me that clearly when I mailed you there would not ever been any problem, well for exept that you really should mention that the sticker you sell isn't the one on the picture, how can the customer know that he won't get what he thinks he get ?
I sent you 10 mails and never got a explanation why I can't have the "missing" two pieces of the sticker. Actually I still don't know why I can't have them.
Why do I have to send you back 1 piece and get 3 pieces, wouldn't it be easier you send me the missing 2 pieces ?
You just focused in your mail hurting me calling me crazy etc.. Good cutomer service !

When I asked what was going on, the woman there (forgot name), told me to ship my graphics back at MY cost, and wait for a new set. If I got the wrong product that looked nothing like the picture on the web site why would you want it back any way? It took at least two months to get my order, so I assume it would have been four months to get what I wanted, making a 6 month time from my original order to getting what I paid for....I guess we are spoiled by the companies in the U.S. that support riders and products.
Sounds like a good excuse to spend your money here in the U.S. There are tons of custom graphics companies throughout the country that could design and make you any graphics you could dream of. I agree that this is poor customer service on the behalf of race-styles and would definitely use a credit card if any of you plan on doing business with them in the future.

Exactly the same problem as mine, took long to get them and I tried to explain that the summer is over before I get my stickers if I send them back to you, also it's not right the customer has to pay for shipping when they have wrong images. Also the quality isn't nearly as good as I expected for so expensive stickers, my back fender sticker has a bug laminated in it, ok that one they promised to send me a new one, 3 weeks ago ! Haven't got it yet. The front fender sticker is full of air bubbles. Ain't gonna put the stickers on my bike even if I get 10 of them anyway so guess it's the same if I got the right sticker or not. Would be nice to sell what the customer thinks he is buying tough, or give money back if he isn't satisfied with the product.

I mailed the same day I got the stickers to them with images to proof that one is wrong and one has a bug laminated in it, I'm not happy I want my money back, answer was I get new stickers. After two weeks when I had heard nothing about this I mailed again and got the answer I can't get my money back because 14 days has passed. Also I won't get the right front fender :D:rant:

sorry! but every customer know there right! so why you send items back? time is 14 days

we send very quickly, but how long post time is, we dont know - we are also sad about this

and that i wrote to dEnA "he is crazy" - if one customer bomb your emailaccount with 100 emails and dont understand nothing . i get aggressive. but this is normal, because the customer friendliness stops sometimes
I don't know about anyone else, but I read the first post in this thread and thought to myself "I'm glad I don't have to deal with customers".

NO, this is just the thing I don't understand. This is the thing I've tried to explain to you over email but you didn't get it then either.

Eventough I have a Vw golf, if I think, yeah I want a Nissan primera front bumper to my car, I order it from Nissanbumperstore.fake, They send it home to me, and when I get it I notice that there is no radiator grill.
I email the Nissanbumperstore and they say I'm crazy and I cant have the missing radiator grill because I'm driving a golf.

Probably a bad example but it's exactly how this went.

Now explain me what it matters what fender I have? I still believe I have the right to get what I bought. It's not your fucking promlem if I glue them on myself or on my bike.
i dont understand you, i cant send you an aprilia front fender, if you have a husky frontfender, you understand????? this front fender you have on your bike fits on KTM, YAMAHA, APRILIA, SUZUKI, HONDA, HUSKY.... and so on, it is an universal front fender and we have also stickers for this fender

but i told you before... YOU HAVE TO send wrong stickers back... because it was your mistake AND WE SEND NEW ONE to you back quickly
