Here is my bike:

Its a 94 ATK 406 Cross Country. Street Legal. Its been sitting for a few years and needs some work.

Step 1: motor is out, inspected and parts list being made to do a rebuild. ATK 2 stroke engine parts are very expensive :hmmm:



406 Air cooled Rotax on bench ready for disassemble



Cylinder off



Clutch cover off



Clutch and idler gears out




Crank Cases split



Tranny out of cases, ready to be inspected



Bare bones bike ready for some serious cleaning and detailing



Rear wheel and hub after about an hour of cleaning. Hubs are in great shape and I will probably use them when I go to get some 17"s in the future, and then buy a beat up set of wheels for dirt riding.

gotta find some supermoto street wheels but I got it rebuilt, registered, and on the road

Dang that thing looks brand new! Great work! Those big rotax 2 smokes are monsters arent they

The last bike I took the tranny apart on, one of the sets of gears was well, round. haha So it got left there. Came out looking great though. :clap:

Yea its a monster alright. I got to find another set of hubs and put some 17's on it.
