Ladies & Gentlemen,
This is a reminder that Pre-Registration for ESMRA Race #5 @ Batavia, NY on Saturday, June 28, 2008 is open. Everyone has several options to pre-register: you can pre-fill out a "Pre-Entry Form" and fax it to us with your credit card information, you can register through PayPal, or your can register through XBux. All links are available at www.esmra.com and click on the Registration tab.
A downloadable race day schedule is available for those interested in printing prior to race day, through the Schedule Tab. We have added two additional practices so that everyone can get plenty of practice prior to the Heat Race. Don't forget that you can get your mapquest directions and weather conditions from the same tab area of our website!
Anyone who will be running on Michelins this year, please make sure you go to www.xbux.com/michelin and fill out the Enrollment Form. You will only need to do this once for the entire year.
Batavia International Motorsports Park does have free "overnight parking" for anyone who wishes to arrive on Friday evening, June 27, 2008. If hotels are your forte, there is a Red Roof Inn that is less than 30 minutes from the track. If you have not already received your Red Roof Inn Discount Card, please contact me and I will give you the number.
I am also happy to tell you that Batavia will be holding their own "Club Level Racing" of Supermoto and Karting on Sunday, June 29, 2008 from 9 AM until 3 PM, for all of those riders that would like to make this a full weekend of fun. The price for Sunday's event is $45.00 for the day and that does include your $10.00 pit pass. If you have any questions regarding Sunday's event, please contact Chris Ranson @ (585) 752-3320.
