SICK KATOOM SHAWNatBMS. Are those carbon overlays from Infinity? Are they a good product? Thinking about overlaying my CRF450...
Can't believe that's an '03!!! The updated bodywork was more than a bolt-on affair ?

Yea, agreed with MXRIDER. They are just very popular bikes to start with. Plus I already had a motocrosser if I needed to rob parts from. My bike was plated outta state, so it is easier to do the title transfer rather than making friends at the DMV. In fact, it was such less a headache that I bought one that was plated rather than going through the ordeal with my motocrosser.

The are Infinity Carbon Parts. Anything on the bike thats Carbon or Kevlar is full Carbon or Kevlar. There great products.... I made them

Yup its an ol' 03. The body work took some fabrication for sure. But nothing to bad.

Wow I'm jealous I don't get to make cool stuff at work! I want carbon fiber radiator guards and shrouds for my '06 CRF, hint hint

Love the white KTM with the race backgrounds. I think I'm gonna try to make the KTM headlight work with my CRF in the future. As it stands now... well a few days ago. Now its just a raw frame for complete overhaul, haha.:rofl:

+1 on the Acerbis LED Vision headlight. I have one on my 636 sportbike. 2 20W bulbs at night = suck. They do make one that is dot legal with a 50W single bulb though.

Very cool DRZ. I just recently bought a KTM front fender and headlight to update the look of my CRF 450R. Always a fan of black and white.

Browneye- would you have any pics of the triple clamp setup where the headlight back mounts? Im going to be putting the SMC 690 front fender and headlight on my CRF, but KTM's exploded diagrams aren't so hot.
Liking the SC Project exhaust too! :thumbup:

Finally got out and put some miles on the WRX since the rebuild.

A friend of mine just got a WRX250, he was debating on the big bore kit. I was wondering, on his behalf, do you feel it was worth the money?

Yeah, thanks. It's DOT and I was able to fit a "modified" H4 bulb so it works well with the stock connector, too.

To be honest with you I never actually got to ride the bike without the 290 kit, I bought it for $1,400 with a motor noise and rebuilt it from the crank up.
