the brackets L/R are 110.00 each + 60 each for the foot rest L/R so about 340 plus you need the bolts/hardware so apx 360.00 for everything.
get it documented that the dealer did not provide them to you then contact KTM and start a complaint. KTM will work with you if you purchased new and are within warranty
all bikes that can or are designed to have a passenger has to have passenger foot rest to be sold in Europe
If your you are unable to source the parts from KTM at no cost to you.
I will sell you a new unused never installed set that I received when I purchased my bike new in 7/2022
