Thanks to dvo1 and Yoyodyne I've gotten hooked up with some Brembo HH pads for my '05 SM510R. To save others some time sniffing around your brake caliper determining what you've got if you've got the same brake caliper as my bike, you need part number 107.7855.10 and you'll spend $76.88.
