ok so 513 miles and i decide to do the first oil change all goes good i am putting everything back together and i am torqeing the oil filter cover back on and i tighten wayyyyy to much damm torque wrench, i realize what i did back the bolts out hoping for the best, soo i re-torque em 7.5ft/lbs start it up and when i rev the motor it seeps out shiiiiiiitttttttt i put the wrench on it again pullem out and retighten seems to be ok so i go out for a ride and now nothing, question is do you thing i messed the block up by damageing the threads, and does it take a minute or so for the new o-ring to seal

Yes! you need a new block. PM me I'm willing to give fair market value for your totaled bike with or w/o the motor. I pay cash.:D
..you probably just pinched the just oring! Why the tork wrench??

if it doesnt leak anymore then end of story

to make along story short, if it continues to seep then it might need thread repair (heli-coil)....on said bolts....its not uncommon....
