Hello omgshesaboy

The bike looks good, but it will be good if he shows you proof of the engine rebuild, like receipts, other thing is to check the rear subframe real good, my drz crack that subframe twice:headshake... Maybe it crack because i had some girls riding with me sometimes, but if it wasn't passenger friendly why suzuki put passenger pegs in the first place?:headshake

It's a great bike, can't complain about the engine it's bulletproof i beat the crap out of it, i had to get rid of it because of the subframe issues

Gas on mine was 35-40 mpg because of the mods that i had and my riding style

Good luck bud:thumbup:

great bike, but TERRIBLE price. an '03 shouldn't be more than ~$2700 or so (fully modded). you can pick up an 07 with ~2200 miles on it - minty fresh, bone stock - for $3200 right now (i talked to the guy, even though it says $3800): http://houston.craigslist.org/mcy/2436396254.html

hold off... something better will come along.

oh, and welcome to SMJ!
