Finally converted my xr600. It's quite fun to ride on the street, but it's very disappointing on the freeway. My major problem is that my butt hurts after 30 minutes or so riding. Any suggestions? Buy a new seat foam? Any good aftermarket seat foam? How are those gel seats?

i put slick vinyl covers on my street tards. the ability to easily move around seems to do the trick for me.

there should also be aftermarked options for that bike, like this corbin. it would probably be cheaper to install a gel pad in your seat. search "seats", there's a link to the gel stuff somewhere.

Thanks Brian. I'll look into that. I noticed that it's the vibration numbs my butt. I hope a gel pad would help.
