it just has a 46 tag. doesnt say if its "euro". im 6ft 195. fits me fine. does that help?

From your height and weight that is a US 46 and an EURO 56.
I'm 6'1 and 195 lbs. I wear a 46 suit (snug), and a 48 (sorta loose). (US 46 & 48)
