I have a Beringer 310mm floater brake rotor off a ktm smr. It's on a 07'exc 450. The disc wobbles to much where it connects to the bracket that bolts to the hub. Any ideas on how to reduce this wobble?

It's suppose to wobble, it's floating on the carrier like it was designed. if there is any sort of noise that you're worried about, that's normal. the noise and movement(looseness) is why road going steet bikes normally don't have them, people tend to think something is wrong. if you do not like that, or the way it functions the new version of rotor beringer sells run spring washers so its "semi-floating" like a street bikes rotors. you may be able to buy an upgrade kit from beringer to get rid of the wobble!? the floating buttons on the newer rotors look pretty tough anyway, they're anodized black with the word "beringer" on them.

Is it the metal circular rivets? or the bolts holding it onto the wheel?

The circular rivets can get deformed and start to fail? Mine slowly started to float more and more.. and there ended up being about a quarter inch of play between the rotor's inner and outer parts.
