Noticed it just today - haven't had it happen before. When my bike is stopped engine off, with fuel on the carb overflow tubes (thats what i think they are - the hoses that dump petrol when you drop the bike) keep pissing out petrol until I turn off the fuel tap. Any ideas how to fix this or what the problem is? Thanks.
2004 wr450f pretty much stock standard in case that helps. Only change is added an adjustable fuel screw to the carb, using a 170 main jet and done the oring mod to the ap spring. Is it a loose jet or something? Bike still runs okay - never ran great I need to rejet the carb but fix this first.
Edit: just googled, could it be my float is stuck? Before I open up the carb would that most likely be it?
Edit 2: Fixed the problem, float was just stuck. Drain carb, tab carb with rubber mallet gently. Problem fixed. Easy.
