I got a miss, cant pin point it....

I have a 2006 KTM 560 SMR and it has been converted over to street legal. I have a constant miss in the engine I can not find for the life of me. I have jetted it adjusted the Valves and I am lost now. I talk to a local shop and no help there. The bike has probably 10 hours on it.

Any help????

check your needle and emulsion tube for flat spots or damage. if so, replace, otherwise try different needle positions and make sure bike is warm!!!

i had a miss/bog at 1/4-1/2 throttle, in my case, the emulsion tube rubbed a few flat spots on the needle from vibrating so much. i replaced the needle and tube....now the miss/bog is gone.

I did hear that from the shop actually may be a plugged something in the carb. I will try that and see what happens. Mine is the same 1/4 to 1/2 throttle.

Sounds like you're only running on one cylinder.

Ha i was assuming you had good gas

Ripped the carb apart checked emulsion tube and broke it down to pieces.
Still same hesitation!
Changed plug and now I cannot pin point it.
I wonder if the chain rubbing on the tire could be cause of the studder/hesitation at 1/4-1/2 throttle???
ANY HELP PLEASE????????????????
