One guy on ADV said that he and his bud took apart his bud's 530 at about 350+ hours. They measured everything. All in spec, so they put it back together. I am probably going to tear into mine and do some measuring myself.

The '08s had a weak seal between the tranny and engine compartments which led to oil transfer and engine pressure to rise. Also the decompression spring/lever was on backwards on the cam.

I will take a few photos when I take it apart.

Hi I have a 2010 KTM 530 exc had low compression so bought the piston and cylinder am doing the job took the position and cylinder off but noticed that the piston leg has a little bit of play is that normal.
