at least they are replacing it free.. Can't always complain when a company is doing the right thing. But I guess it's hard to please the entire world everytime.
KRYPTONITE RECALL for round key locks
Anyone that has a Kryptonite lock with a round key can send it in and get a replacement with a normal key as part of a class action.
