Professional mechanic and lifetime gearhead.

I build, restore and service classic American cars and prefer to spend my free time with motorcycles. The last car I was building was a road legal NASCAR built from a 1965 Ford Galaxie. I was replicating the Fred Lorenzen #28 racecar. I had about 20k into it before I got tired and sold it. Could build 5 bikes for that much and the car wasn't even done!

Funny enough, Rolland Sands bought it cause he said he's tired of bikes!

I am a member of the Santa Cruz Ridge Runners MC. Dirt and dual sport are my preferred styles and a supermoto fits right in there.

I was born at the tail end of the 70's and so was supermoto. Originally created for ABC's World Wide of Sports to see who is the top overall rider.

Watching guys like Eddy Lawson and Jeff Ward beat on 500cc two strokes for everything they're worth made me do this.

Joined up because I'm building a modern version of a late 70's early 80's Superbiker.

I'm using a California street legal YZ250 for the build. And yes, I'll be running a "19 up front in true Superbiker form.

I'll be posting the build progress soon, just wanted to introduce myself first.
