Right the Old CR500 fetish is spreading like a rash so here goes the new slanging match...

Honda CR500 Vs. Husaberg FS650

:boxing:

Place your bets now people

Lets have a nice clean fight and no tire gauging.

So which would fight to the death and which would be knocked out cold?! Throw in your 2 cents and cheer your fave on.

Ding Ding... Round One :arsenal

Since this is the street section I bet on the berg. The first time you run out of pre-mix on a ride will be the end of it

the husaberg, 4-stroke = easier to ride hard and control

the honda might pack some serious power, the fact that it's a 2 stroke with an agressive power delivery means it'll be a lot harder to handle and using it to it's full potential will require a good set of skills and probably balls as well. doesn't matter wether you're on the track or street.

if you're talking reliability, dunno which one to pick. the cr can seize whenever it's wants to but a berg aint exactly bulletproof either.

Well...I say CR...easy to mod and even easier to fix once it blows (provided you have spares) My friend Chad rebuilt his CR500 in the woods one time where were riding.

Plus...honda shops are every where...Husaberg what?

Then again...I am partial to Hondas.
