ANY time you change your pipe out to a free flowing aftermarket unit you should re-jet your bike...if you dont your probably running lean (lack of fuel)
a good first step is go up two-three sizes on your main jet..and two on the pilot jet...ride the bike and see if it has the get up and go...does it have any flat spots in the accelleration...does it pop excessively when you close the throttle and downshift.
buy e jet-up kit that has a variety of jets and instructions on how to chase away the demons.
