What sort of price tag do you have hanging off of these rims? Do these include the hub (I.E., the wheel is 'bolt on ready')?

If the sale GOES THROUGH, I'd appreciate any info you can pass along on how you put together the set (did you buy them complete, lace them yourself, buy them used, etc.?). I do have spare hubs, but no rims or spokes.
