I mean, shorten them; I know how to drop them in the triple clamps. What i want to know is the easy way to make them internally about an inch lower....anyone here know the key?
How to lower forks?

How big of a spacer? Diameter, length...? Is PVC ok to use?
Depends on diameter of the shaft. I picked up some hose connectors from the Depot. The are barbed and are used to join two pieces of hose. The look like grey PVC. I bought 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch sizes, the 1/2 was the right one for 'lil forks (KX85). I wanted to lower 3 inches, and they were 3 inches, but they can always be cut down.
