My friend has a 2009 KLX 250s, the dealer order him a FMF Q2 pipe and it says yr models 94-2004. The dealer said it would fit "NOT" it needs about 1inch to go over the header. They told him to take the header off and put in the freezer for couple of hours and then take out heat up the pipe and slide it on or they could put exhaust pipe tape around it. :laughing. Do any of you have any suggestions for my friend?
