gearing
is my 560 smr ktm with 15/45 gearing much faster than a mx 450 with 14/50 gearing on an average sm track??

is my bike a "cheater bike" on a average sm track (englishtown, NJ), not a go cart track.

I feel I could gear my bike better like 14/50 and get alot more low end power out of the turns than presently but have this as my street bike as well.

14-50 on a 560 and you'll have fun keeping the front end on the ground.

a 560 has more than enough grunt so you don't need to gear it that short to make good use of it's power. gearing it too short will make you rev the motor to the moon while there's no need for it, it's not a 450. you could considre dropping the front down to a 14, that will already make a noticable difference but I wouldn't go any shorter than that if you still want to be able to ride the streets.
