Aloha,


I have a 2004 KTM 625 SMC. It have a full ceramic Big Gun Race exhaust installed and jetted to match. It has been derestricted.
It is geared 15/42. I put pump 92 oct. gas in her.

Can anyone tell me what gas mileage I should be expecting?

i would guess somewhere between 40 and 60, depending how hard you ride and if how many rpms you are turning on the highway...i'm not a 625 gearing expert, so don't know what stock was, but if you crank the rpms up on the highway, you drop the fuel mileage, as it will almost anywhere you ride

got 58 mpg on my last tank on my 690.

I have to try really hard to get below 45mpg. I have seen close to 60 but I cant ride like that all the time. My right wrist is really twist happy.
