Hello all. First post. '09 KLX250 running Liddless with a special rejet to really open up this bike along with skid plate and Shinko 244's. It's my "big grom" as I like to call it. Do motocamping in the summer here in Oregon and I'm putting together a lightweight minimalist tool kit. Just wondering if I need to carry two spare tubes or just one since they are both 17" I was thinking of getting a front tube to cover both front and back in case of a flat. I know I'm nitpicking weight here but I'm trying to keep it down since I'm carrying camping gear.
Got my T6 Promotion tire spoons with the axel spanner ends ,pliers, zip ties, talcum powder , soapy water spray, spare cotter pins, master links, hand pump and a couple of common wrenches. I don't carry gas cuz I know my spot is in within range. I also don't carry water, just a filter and bag since I'm on a lake. Just whiskey ,coffee ,my fishing pole and sleeping bag. I do this ride every summer.
