I ordered a sisnero fcr39 carb two weeks ago, but as of today it's on backorder for 4 weeks. I think I'll get my money back and order a TT kit. On a stock bore, would a 41 be too much? I plan on doing the 440 kit this winter, maybe.

The 41 is too much for even the 434 (what the 440 really is) kit. You need the full on stroker / cams / etc to take advantage of the 41mm carb.

For the 39mm, you can always buy both E model boots and use an FCR from a YZ/WR 426F. With the E model boots, it's bolt on. That's what I'm running with the jetting recommendations from TT. It's flawless.
An FCR 39 MX from a 2001/2002 WR426F would be the best of the 426 carbs. It's a little more updated from the 2000 YZ426F FCR-MX and comes with a CE to prevent popping.
